Input your contact information as the 'Camper.'2) Coaches - be sure each team member brings to camp a completed Medical Release Form!! This day camp is designed for high school teams looking to get a head start on the fall season. Teams will compete against other high school teams and will observe several clinics through the weekend. There will be a coaches’ clinic as well. High school coaches will be responsible for their team throughout. Officials, scorekeepers will be provided. *Each athlete must bring a completed and signed Medical Release Form in order to participate at camp! Camp Refund Policy: Full refunds (minus a $25.00 processing fee) will be provided prior to two weeks of the camp date. Within two weeks of the camp date, refunds will be given minus a $100.00 fee. |
